Time zone planner

Meeting time zone planner

Add the cities or countries of everyone in the meeting, set each person's working hours and pick a date. The planner lays that day out hour by hour and highlights the times when everyone is at work, with daylight saving time worked out for that exact date. It starts with your own time zone and runs entirely in your browser.

How does daylight saving time change shared hours?

Countries change their clocks on different dates, and many never do. For a few weeks each year the gap between two cities is an hour smaller or larger than usual, and a recurring meeting can land outside someone's working day.

Examples of clock differences in 2026
BetweenDifference
New York and London5 hours most of the year, 4 hours from 8 to 29 March and from 25 October to 1 November 2026, when only one of them has changed its clocks.
London and Mumbai5 h 30 min in winter and 4 h 30 min in British summer time: India keeps the same clock all year.
Berlin and SydneyBetween 8 and 10 hours: the two change their clocks in opposite seasons, on different dates.

The planner reads every hour for the date you choose, so these shifts are already in the grid. For a recurring meeting, check a date on each side of the clock changes listed under the grid.

How to find a meeting time across time zones

  1. Add each place. Type a city, country or abbreviation such as Berlin, Mumbai or PST and pick it from the list. Add one entry per time zone in the meeting.
  2. Set working hours. Each place starts at 9:00 to 17:00. Change the hours for people who start early, work late or work part-time; an end before the start means an overnight shift.
  3. Choose the date. Pick the date of the meeting. Clocks change on different dates in different countries, so the shared hours can move by an hour from one week to the next.
  4. Pick a time. Choose a highlighted range or click any hour in the grid to see it in every place, then copy the times or a link to the whole plan.

Tips for meetings across time zones

Share the burden

When there is no overlap, alternate early and late slots instead of always asking the same people to join at night.

Write times with a zone

Send "15:00 Berlin (GMT+1)" rather than "3 pm". The Copy these times button lists every place for you.

Let guests choose

For one-to-one calls, a booking page shows your free times in each guest's own time zone.

Once you have a time, send a link that works anywhere: a Meeto meeting opens in the browser with no download, and guests do not need an account. You can also schedule the meeting with email invitations.

Frequently asked questions

Does the planner handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Every time on the page is read from your browser's time zone database for the date you pick, so a meeting planned in October and one planned in November can show different shared hours. The planner also lists clock changes near that date for each place.

Why does a day have 23 or 25 hours?

On the day clocks spring forward, one hour is skipped; on the day they fall back, one hour repeats. The grid shows the real hours of that calendar day in the place you lay it out in, so those days have one hour fewer or one more.

What if there are no shared working hours?

The planner shows the hours that suit the most people. For teams with no overlap, rotate an early and a late slot so the same people are not always inconvenienced, or record the meeting and share a summary.

Is my plan saved anywhere?

No. Places and hours exist only in this tab. Copy a link to the plan to share it: everything is in the link itself, nothing is stored on a server.

Can I add a country with several time zones?

Yes. Search for a city in that country (for example Chicago, Denver or Los Angeles in the United States) or the zone name; each zone is listed separately with its current offset.
