How to schedule a video meeting online
Publish one Meeto booking page instead of exchanging times by email. Add a meeting type, connect your availability and let a guest choose a slot that ends with browser meeting details.
Publish a scheduled meeting in four steps
- Open the editor. Sign in and open the booking-page editor. Set the public address, display name and short description guests will read.
- Add a meeting type. Choose a clear title, duration, availability and any questions that help you prepare. Keep one meeting type focused on one outcome.
- Connect availability. Connect the calendar you actually use and set working hours, buffers or notice rules so the slots shown are realistic.
- Test as a guest. Open the public page in an incognito window, select an available slot and confirm that the result shows the expected date, time and browser meeting details.
Share the public page in your email signature, profile or website. A booking page is reusable; each confirmed appointment gets its own meeting details.

Make the booking page easy to complete
State the outcome
Use a meeting title and short description that say who the call is for, how long it lasts and what the guest should bring.
Show real time
Connect the calendar and set availability you can honor. Test a slot in the host's time zone and from a second time zone before sharing the URL.
Keep a fallback
Link a support address or the browser joining guide so a guest has a clear next step if device permissions block the call.
Use a named shared widget room when people should reach one always-open destination. A widget room is shared; it does not replace a private scheduled appointment.
Frequently asked questions
Does scheduling create a video meeting link automatically?
Yes. A guest selects an available slot on the public booking page and receives meeting details after confirmation. The page remains available for future bookings while its meeting types and availability are active.
How many calendars and meeting types can I connect?
The current Free plan includes 1 connected calendar and 1 meeting type. Pro includes up to 5 calendars and 50 meeting types; Team uses the paid workspace entitlement. Check the pricing page for the current table.
Can I charge for a scheduled video meeting?
Paid bookings are available on Pro and Team. A Free host can still offer free scheduling within the current plan limits. Confirm the plan and payment setup before promising a paid appointment to a customer.
What time zone does a guest see?
A booking page presents available slots using the scheduling and calendar settings configured by the host, while the booking confirmation contains the selected date and time. Test a page from a second time zone before publishing it to an international audience.
