A simple path to the first call
- Create a room. Select “Start a new meeting” on meeto.me. A room link is ready immediately.
- Share the link. Send it in a message, email or calendar invite. The person you invite can use a name and join as a guest.
- Talk together. Turn on a camera or microphone, share a screen and use chat or reactions when the conversation needs them.
For a recurring support or community room, use a named room in the Meeto widget or add a booking page so guests arrive with a scheduled time.
What the free plan includes
The limits below are the current product limits. They apply to an instant free room; a Pro host unlocks longer calls and more participants on the pricing page.

Can I start a free video meeting without an account?
Yes. Meeto creates an instant browser meeting from the home page. Guests can join the shared link without an account or download. The Free limit is 60 minutes once two people are present; after that an instant link expires, so create and share a new room or upgrade the host to Pro.
What is included in a free Meeto meeting?
Free meetings support up to 10 participants and 60 minutes when two or more people are in the call. The browser call includes camera, microphone, chat, reactions and screen sharing with annotations.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. A guest opens the meeting link in a current desktop or mobile browser, grants camera or microphone permission when needed, and joins the lobby. Native iOS and Android apps are also available for people who prefer them.
Does Meeto record free meetings?
Cloud recording and AI summaries require a paid host. Free meetings are not recorded by Meeto's cloud capture service, and a recording indicator is shown when a paid host starts capture.
