Not to join a call — guests open the link, type a name and they're in, on any device, no payment. A guest only creates a free account if they want something for themselves, like their own copy of an AI recap. Plans exist only for hosts.
No double billing, ever. A Team seat already includes everything from Pro, so your personal Pro subscription pauses while you're on a team — and resumes with its remaining days if you leave. The unused part of your current Pro period is credited towards the team's first invoice.
One invoice for the whole workspace: active seats × $11.99/mo (or $119/seat/yr). Invited teammates don't use a seat until they accept. Adding people above your paid seats is billed pro-rata; removing someone keeps the seat paid until the cycle ends — you can seat someone else there for free. Guests never pay.
You'll see a gentle heads-up 5 minutes before the limit. You can wrap up, restart the call with the same link — or go Pro and forget time limits exist.
Cloud recording is part of Pro. A recording lives 90 days on your meetings page — with the transcript, AI summary, video playback and a share link — then the video & audio are deleted automatically. The transcript and AI summary stay.
By card — Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed by Stripe. Monthly or yearly, and you can cancel anytime: Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
