A review workflow that keeps notes trustworthy
- Explain the feature. Tell participants that audio will be processed for a transcript and recap before starting AI notes.
- Start notes only when needed. Turn capture on for the part of the meeting that needs follow-up, and stop it when the discussion is complete.
- Check the transcript. Correct speaker names, dates, numbers and customer commitments before sharing.
- Assign the actual work. Treat suggested action items as drafts and confirm owners and deadlines with the team.
