Every Meeto account gets a personal address, meeto.me/yourname, on every plan, the Free plan included. It is your booking page: people open it, pick a meeting type and a free time, and get a link to a video meeting with you that opens in the browser. Each booking gets its own room; your address stays the one link you share.
What is a Meeto personal meeting link?
It is a short public address with your name, meeto.me/yourname, that shows your booking page. You can put it in an email signature, a profile or a website, and anyone can book a time with you from it.
Ready from the first sign-in
Meeto picks an address from your name and adds a starter 30-minute meeting type, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, so the page works on day one.
Your profile on top
A display name, a photo and a short description of up to 140 characters appear above your meeting types.
A room per booking
Each booking gets its own meeting room. The confirmation email carries its join link and a calendar file.
Times and limits come from your booking page settings: working hours, buffers, minimum notice, daily limits and time off, with busy times from a connected Google or Apple calendar.
What does someone see when they open your link?
- Your profile and meeting types. They choose a meeting type, then a time in their own time zone. With a single meeting type, the calendar opens straight away.
- A short booking form. Name, email and any questions you added. No account and no app are needed.
- A clean page when nothing is bookable. With no public meeting types, the page shows your profile card only.
The page carries a small "Powered by meeto.me" line on every plan. To take it offline, switch off Booking page is public: meeto.me/yourname then shows nothing, while direct links to single meeting types still let people book.
How do you choose or change the name?
- Open Meeting links in your account at meeto.me/app and go to your booking page profile.
- Type a new Page address. Use 3 to 30 characters: lowercase latin letters, digits and dashes. Meeto checks availability as you type.
- Confirm the change. The old address stops working immediately and does not redirect, so update anywhere you shared it.
Some words are reserved for Meeto's own pages, and a name cannot match an existing meeting room code. Renaming is free on every plan.
Can a personal link always open the same room?
No. Meeto has no permanent personal room behind your address: meeto.me/yourname is for booking, and every booking gets a fresh room. Other links cover the cases where people expect one fixed room.

Is the personal link free?
Yes. Every Meeto account gets a meeto.me address, on the Free plan too. Free includes 1 meeting type on the page and 1 connected calendar; Pro allows up to 50 meeting types and 5 calendars.
Does my personal link open the same meeting room every time?
No. Your meeto.me address is your booking page, and each booking gets its own meeting room. For a link that always opens the same room, schedule a recurring meeting: every date of a series uses one room.
What happens to the old address when I change it?
It stops working at once and does not forward to the new one, so update the places where you shared it. Meeting links of bookings already made keep working.
Can I have more than one personal address?
No. Each account has one meeto.me address. For a shared team address, use a round-robin team link on the Team plan.
Can someone else take my address?
Not while you use your account. On an account without Pro, an address is released after 365 days with no sign-in, after warning emails 30, 7 and 1 day before. Signing in once keeps it.
