Free tools for better video calls

Check your camera, microphone, speakers and network before a call, find a meeting time across time zones and see what a meeting really costs. Every tool is free, needs no account and runs in your browser; the device tests never upload your video or voice.

Check your setup before a video call

Four quick checks cover most problems people meet in the first minute of a call: a blocked camera, the wrong microphone, sound on the wrong speaker and a network that blocks calls.

Plan better meetings

After you find a time, a Meeto booking page lets guests pick a slot in their own time zone, and a meeting link works in any browser without a download.

How the tools handle your data

Nothing uploaded

Camera frames, microphone sound and test recordings stay in the browser tab and are released when you stop a test or leave the page.

Access on request

The camera and microphone are requested only after you press a start button, never when a page loads.

Nothing stored

Plans, rates and results are not saved. A time zone plan you share travels inside the link itself.

The privacy policy describes how Meeto handles data in meetings, and the security page covers encryption.

Frequently asked questions

Are the Meeto tools free?

Yes. Every tool on this page is free, needs no account and has no usage limit apart from the connection test, which can run a few times in a row from one network before it asks you to wait a minute.

Do the tools upload my video, voice or data?

No. The camera, microphone and speaker tests, the time zone planner and the cost calculator run entirely in your browser. The connection test opens short test connections to Meeto's media servers, the same ones a call uses, and stores no report.

Which browsers do the tools work in?

Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on computers, phones and tablets. Choosing a speaker from a web page works only in Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer; the speaker test explains what to do elsewhere.

What should I check before an important video call?

Run the camera, microphone and speaker tests, then the connection test on the network you will call from. Together they take about two minutes and catch most problems before anyone is waiting.
