Free plan limits, explained
- The Zoom 40-minute limit: who it applies to, one-on-one calls included, and the legitimate ways past it.
- The Google Meet time limit: 60 minutes for groups, 24 hours one-on-one, and who can extend a meeting.
- Microsoft Teams free limits: meeting length, participants, storage and recording.
How we compare products
- The same criteria for every product. Each list states what it compares, usually the free time limit, participants, guest access, browser join, recording and price.
- The vendor's own words. Every figure about another product comes from that vendor's page, with a short verbatim quote and the date it was read, listed under Sources.
- Disagreements shown, not resolved. When a vendor's pages contradict each other, the card says so instead of picking the better number.
- Alphabetical, not ranked. Products are listed in alphabetical order. Each card says who the product is good for and what to watch out for, Meeto's included.
For a deeper look at one pair of products, the comparisons put Meeto and one other tool side by side.

Frequently asked questions
Who writes these lists?
Meeto does, and Meeto appears on each list. Every figure about another product is quoted from that vendor's own page with the date it was read, and Meeto's own limits are stated as plainly as the others'. No vendor paid to be included and there are no affiliate links.
How often are the facts checked?
Each competitor fact carries the date it was read, shown next to its quote under Sources. Facts older than 90 days are flagged for a re-check against the vendor's page.
Why is Meeto on every list?
Because it is one of the options, and leaving it out would hide the publisher's interest. Its card shows the same things as the others, including its limits: 10 people and 60 minutes on Free, 25 people on paid plans, and no end-to-end encryption.
