Calendly alternatives

Calendly alternatives, with and without built-in video

Calendly's free plan gives 1 event type and 1 calendar, keeps reminders for paid plans and has no video of its own. Cal.com offers unlimited event types and its own video for free; TidyCal sends free reminders and sells lifetime plans; Meeto turns each booking into its own browser meeting from $6.99 a month, but takes no payments. Six options compared, with sources.

What Calendly's free plan includes

Calendly Free includes 1 event type[1] and 1 calendar connection[2]. It has no video service of its own and adds Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or other conferencing links instead[3]. Automated reminders, payments and the AI notetaker are on paid plans[4][5][6]; Standard costs $12 per seat a month billed monthly[7].

The tools below split into two groups: scheduling-only tools that add a link from your video app, and tools that host the meeting too. If your bookings are video calls, the second group saves a step for you and your guest. The free scheduling tools comparison lines up the free plans alone.

How we chose these alternatives

Each product had to be available today and to publish its limits on its own pages. We compared them on the same points:

What to check before you move off Calendly

  1. Your calendars. List the calendars you connect today. Meeto connects Google and Apple (CalDAV) calendars only, so check this first if you use Outlook.
  2. Payments and routing. If you take payment at booking or route leads with forms, check the plan that includes it; Meeto does neither.
  3. The booking page. Rebuild your most-used event type and make a test booking from another address. In Meeto, set working hours, buffers and notice on the booking page, then open the meeting link from the confirmation email.
  4. Old links. Keep the Calendly link live until upcoming bookings have happened, then point your website and email signature to the new page.
