For agencies, developers and communities

Help your clients get from a website visit to a real conversation.

Bring Meeto video meetings, booking pages and embedded calls to the people you work with. Start with a useful client project, explore the product and discuss a partnership with our team.

Try the free plan first. Commercial partner terms are agreed individually.

Build on the work you already do

Web agencies and freelancers

Add video consultations to a client website or WordPress project. Offer installation, branding and training as part of your own service.

Developers and integrators

Embed a meeting experience in a customer portal or product. Start with a script, a Web Component or a framework SDK, then test the complete customer journey.

Consultants and community owners

Help clients, members or readers find a practical way to meet online. Show how Meeto fits their workflow before recommending a paid plan.

Three useful starting points for a client project

Video calls inside a website

Give visitors a place to join a consultation without leaving the client's website. Explore the widget, choose an integration and configure the permitted domains.

A path from booking to meeting

Help consultants and service businesses publish a booking page and use Meeto for their meetings. Walk through availability, the invitation and the guest experience together.

Meetings for a growing team

Help a team choose the right plan and connect its everyday workflow. Review current Free, Pro and Team features with the client before making a recommendation.

Compare current plans

Start small. Make the first meeting work.

  1. Try the customer journey

Explore the widget demo and the free plan. Test a meeting with another person on the devices your clients use, including joining as a guest.

  2. Tell us what you want to build

Send your website or community, the customer problem and the kind of partnership you have in mind. Ask about commercial terms before starting a referral campaign.

  3. Launch one client pilot

Agree who owns the account, who maintains the installation and who handles support. Validate a real meeting, then use what you learn to prepare the next rollout.

A starter kit for your next client conversation

A 30-second introduction

“Meeto brings video meetings and booking into your customer workflow. We can start with a meeting link or add the video widget to your website. Let’s try one real appointment together, check how your guests join and decide which setup fits your business.”

Follow the introduction with a demo, then check the current plan limits together.

Before you hand over an installation

  • Confirm the client owns the account and knows how to manage it.
  • For an embed, allow the production domain and protect private credentials.
  • Test host and guest joining from separate devices.
  • Check camera and microphone permissions on desktop and mobile.
  • Document the chosen plan, support contact and who maintains the website.

A clear agreement before a campaign

You can build a service around helping clients install and use Meeto. Your implementation fees are your own client agreement. Referral commissions, reseller discounts and co-marketing arrangements are separate conversations with us.

There is no published commission rate or automatic payout programme on this page. Before promoting an offer, agree eligibility, how referrals are credited, the reward, refund rules and payment terms in writing.

Use current pricing in your proposal

Partner questions, answered

Is there an automatic affiliate commission?

No automatic commission is offered on this page. Partnership enquiries are handled directly. Any referral reward, attribution rules and payment terms need to be confirmed in writing before you promote Meeto on that basis.

Can I start with the free plan?

Yes. Use the free plan to evaluate Meeto and try a real meeting. Review the current pricing page for the limits and features that apply to your client; a free account is not a promise of unlimited usage.

Do my clients need a developer to install the widget?

It depends on the website. A site that allows custom HTML can use the script integration, and a WordPress plugin is available from the developer page. A custom application can use a framework SDK. In each case, someone needs access to the website settings and should test camera and microphone permissions after installation.

Who owns the client account and supports the installation?

Agree account ownership and the scope of your service with the client before launch. A practical approach is for the client to own their Meeto account while the agency handles the website integration. Product questions can go to Meeto support; support arrangements for your own work belong in your client agreement.

Can I sell implementation and training services?

You can propose your own installation, consulting or training service to a client. Make your own service fees clear and separate them from the client's Meeto subscription. Contact us to discuss any reseller, branding or other commercial arrangement before advertising it.

What should I include in a partnership enquiry?

Share your name or company, a website or community link, the problem your clients face, and whether you want to implement Meeto, recommend it or do both. An initial enquiry does not need client personal data, credentials or API keys.

Tell us about your first use case

Send your website or community, the problem you want to solve and how you would like to work together. We handle partnership enquiries by email; sending one starts a conversation and does not enrol you in a commission programme.
