Agencies

Give every client a tested path to a browser call

Build a repeatable hand-off for client sites: use booking for scheduled consultations, a shared widget room for direct support and an instant room for a campaign or trial. Meeto keeps the guest path in the browser.

A repeatable agency delivery workflow

  1. Map the client journey. Decide whether visitors should call now, choose a time or reach a shared support destination. Document that decision before writing copy.
  2. Configure the origin. Create an embed key and allow only the production client origins that need to load the widget.
  3. Install the smallest surface. Use a floating bubble for a persistent call entry point, an inline room for a dedicated page or a booking link for a scheduled consultation.
  4. Run a hand-off test. Check the page on desktop and mobile, then join from a second browser. Verify permissions, close behavior, call audio and the fallback contact.

Keep API credentials on your server. The public embed key is restricted by allowed origins, but it is still not a substitute for server-side authorization.

Choose the surface by client intent

Agency implementation choices
Client needMeeto surface
A prospect wants to call nowInstant browser meeting or floating widget
A lead should choose a timePublic booking page with a meeting type
Existing customers need a shared routeNamed shared widget room beside support content
A campaign needs a dedicated call pageInline widget on a client-owned landing page

Do not describe a shared room as a private queue, and do not use a floating widget when a visitor must select a personal appointment time. These choices affect the promise in the client's copy.

Make plan boundaries part of the hand-off

Branding

Meeto branding is required on the widget on all plans. Include that fact in a client proposal and acceptance checklist.

Capacity

Pro and Team support up to 25 participants. Team adds a workspace, round-robin booking and workspace webhooks for eligible paid seats.

Capture

Cloud recording and AI summaries require a paid host. Capture is opt-in and shows a visible indicator; agree on consent language with the client.

The current Team plan is 11.99 USD per seat per month on the website (119.00 USD per seat per year). Confirm live pricing and entitlements on the pricing page before quoting a client.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agency offer Meeto calls on a client website?

Yes. An agency can install the Meeto widget on a site using the HTML loader, Web Component or framework packages. Add the production origin to the embed-key allowlist and test the call from a second browser.

Can one widget create a private meeting for every visitor?

A named widget room is shared. Use a booking page when a visitor should choose a time and receive a separate scheduled meeting link.

Does Meeto offer white-label branding for agencies?

Meeto branding remains on the widget on every plan. Do not sell the widget as white-label; describe the visible Meeto branding in the client hand-off.
