Recruiting

Give every candidate a clear path to the interview

Publish interview types, let candidates choose a suitable time and send one browser link for the conversation. Meeto keeps the candidate experience short while your team can use screen sharing, chat and optional paid-host capture during the call.

A recruiting workflow with fewer candidate hand-offs

  1. Name the interview type. Create separate descriptions for a recruiter screen, technical interview or hiring-manager conversation so a candidate knows who they will meet and what to prepare.
  2. Offer real availability. Connect a calendar, set working hours and add a buffer. If several interviewers must attend, reserve the slot only after the panel has confirmed it.
  3. Send one preparation note. Explain the expected format, the browser requirement and whether the candidate should have a portfolio, code sample or other material ready.
  4. Run the interview in the browser. The candidate can join without a Meeto account or download. Use screen sharing when the conversation needs a portfolio, design or code walkthrough.
  5. Close the loop deliberately. Keep evaluation notes in the hiring system your team already uses. If capture is enabled, explain who can access it and when it will be removed.

For a quick recruiter screen, you can also start a free instant meeting. Use a booking page when a candidate should choose a time and receive a scheduled link.

Make each interview type easy to understand

Recruiter screen

State the expected duration, role and people attending. Ask only the preparation questions the recruiter will use on the call.

Portfolio or code review

Tell the candidate what to share and test screen sharing before the appointment. Keep a written fallback in case device permissions block the call.

Panel interview

Use the calendar and meeting description to name the panel. Check the participant count and join from a second browser before sending the link.

Do not present Meeto as an applicant-tracking system or promise an automatic hiring workflow. The booking page and browser call handle the meeting path; keep candidate records and decisions in your approved recruiting tools.

Choose capacity around your interview loop

Recruiting-relevant plan facts
PlanCurrent limits and tools
FreeUp to 10 participants; 60-minute group-call limit once 2+ people are present; 1 meeting type and 1 connected calendar; no cloud recording
ProUp to 25 participants with no listed group-call duration cap; up to 50 meeting types and 5 calendars; paid bookings, cloud recording and 10 hours/month of AI summaries
TeamUp to 25 participants; paid seat required for entitlements; round-robin booking and workspace webhooks are available on the Team plan

Review the pricing page before publishing interview promises. Plan entitlements can change, and a recording always requires a paid host, opt-in consent and a visible indicator.

Frequently asked questions

Can a candidate join an interview without a Meeto account?

Yes. Candidates can open the meeting link in a current desktop or mobile browser and join as guests without creating a Meeto account or installing an app.

Can a panel interview include several interviewers?

Yes. Free supports up to 10 participants and Pro or Team supports up to 25. Choose a plan that fits the number of interviewers and the candidate in the same call.

Can we record an interview?

Cloud recording and AI summaries require a paid host. Recording is opt-in and a visible indicator is shown when capture starts; tell the candidate before recording and follow your own hiring policy.
