Your calendars and your meetings, side by side

Meeto's Calendar shows events from Google Calendar, Apple iCloud and other CalDAV calendars next to your Meeto meetings and bookings, by day, week or month. Drag an event to move it, give it a colour, or add a Meeto video link in one click. Connected calendar accounts: 2 on Free, up to 5 on Pro.

The Meeto Calendar page: a work week with Meeto meetings and bookings next to events from a Google and an iCloud calendar.
On this page

Every calendar in one week

The Calendar page puts the events of every calendar you connect next to your Meeto meetings and bookings. Tick a calendar on or off in the side panel to show or hide its events.

Day, Week and Month

Switch with D, W and M, the same keys as Google Calendar.

Eleven colours

Give any event a colour from the same palette as Google Calendar.

Drag and stretch

Drag an event to a new time, or pull its bottom edge to change its length.

Bookings ask first

Move a booking and Meeto emails the guest the new time once you confirm.

The Calendar page's full week: a meeting is dragged to a later time, a free slot is pressed for a new event.

Every new event can be a video meeting

Press a free half hour or choose New meeting. The New event dialog switches a Meeto video link on and keeps everything a calendar event has: guests, all day, busy or free, a repeat and reminders.

Repeat a Meeto meeting and the dates that clash with your calendar are named for you, before anyone is invited. Read more about recurring meetings or follow the guide to scheduling a video meeting.

The New event dialog with Add Meeto video link switched on, and a weekly meeting whose clashing date is named.

Connect a calendar. Guests see only when you're free

Connect Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Fastmail, Zoho, Nextcloud, any CalDAV server or any calendar by its link. Switch on Blocks time for the ones that matter, and your booking page offers only the times that are free in all of them.

Any CalDAV serverIts address and your login; use an app password if your provider offers one.
ICS linkAny calendar link (https:// or webcal://): its events show next to your meetings and its busy time stays off your booking page.

Checked once more

Right before a booking is confirmed, Meeto reads your calendars again, so a time taken a minute ago is never booked twice.

The guest's own time zone

Times are shown where the guest is, and nobody needs an account to book.

Frequently asked questions

Which calendars can I connect to Meeto?

Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Fastmail, Zoho, Nextcloud and any other server that speaks CalDAV. You can also subscribe to any calendar by its ICS link (https:// or webcal://). iCloud, Fastmail, Zoho and Nextcloud connect with an app password from your account settings.

Is the calendar free?

Yes. The Free plan includes the Calendar page with Day, Week and Month, event colours, drag to move, new events with a Meeto video link, recurring meetings and the booking page's busy-time check. Connected calendar accounts: 2 on Free, up to 5 on Pro.

Can I change my Google Calendar events from Meeto?

Yes. Moving, stretching, editing, deleting or colouring an event in Meeto is saved back to Google Calendar or to the CalDAV calendar it came from, so both stay the same.

Can guests or my booking page see my events?

Your events are visible only to you, in your own Meeto account. Your booking page works from busy time alone: a taken time is simply left out, and event titles are never shown to guests.

How does Meeto avoid double bookings?

The booking page offers only times that are free in every calendar you switched on to block time, and in Meeto itself: your meetings and bookings always count. Right before a booking is confirmed, Meeto checks those calendars once more, and if the time was just taken, the guest picks another.

Does every new event get a video link?

Yes. A new event gets a Meeto video link by default, and it goes into the invitation for your guests. For an event that came from elsewhere, Add Meeto video link on its card adds a room, and Join opens the meeting right from the calendar.
