Download Meeto for iPhone and Android

Meeto has free apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. On a computer there is nothing to download: meetings run in the browser, and guests never need the app or an account to join a link. There is no desktop app for Windows, macOS or Linux; open meeto.me in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari instead.

Get the Meeto app

The iPhone app is on the App Store and also runs on iPad. The Android app is on Google Play. Both are free.

After installing, you can start a meeting without signing in, or sign in with Apple or Google to keep your rooms, contacts and schedule. Links to Meeto meetings open in the app when it is installed.

Do you need to download anything to join a Meeto meeting?

No. Every Meeto meeting link opens in a browser, on a computer or a phone, and the guest joins after choosing a name. No account, no app and no plug-in are needed; the browser only asks for the camera and microphone.

That is why the apps are optional: send the same link to someone on a laptop and someone on a phone, and both join the same call. The page on video calls without a download walks through the guest's side, and the camera and microphone guide helps when the browser blocks a device.

Is there a Meeto desktop app?

No. Meeto has no app for Windows, macOS or Linux, and none is needed: on a computer the browser is the app.

  • Use a current browser. Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all run Meeto meetings.
  • Share your screen from the browser. Present a screen, a window or a tab and draw on it live; see screen sharing with annotations. Pro and Team hosts can share up to 4K on capable desktops in browsers other than Safari; Free shares up to 1080p.
  • Keep it one click away. Bookmark meeto.me/app, or pin the tab, to reach your meetings and booking page as quickly as a desktop app.

What can you do in the Meeto app?

The apps cover meetings, scheduling and calls from your phone, with the same account as the website.

Meet

Start a meeting in one tap or join from a link, share your phone's screen, draw on a shared screen, chat, react and raise a hand. The call keeps going when you switch apps or lock the screen.

Call contacts

Call another Meeto user like a phone call. On iPhone an incoming call rings on the native call screen; read more about direct calls.

Schedule

Plan one-off and recurring meetings, manage your booking links and availability, connect calendars and open your recordings.

What differs between the browser and the apps?

Most of Meeto works the same everywhere. These are the differences worth knowing before you choose.
