How a booking becomes a call
- Publish a page. Set your display name, short description and public address in the booking page editor.
- Add a meeting type. Choose a duration, availability and optional guest questions. Keep the title clear so a visitor understands the outcome.
- Connect availability. Link a calendar to prevent conflicts and set the hours when new slots can be offered.
- Share the URL. Put the page in your email signature, profile or website. A guest chooses a slot and gets the meeting details after confirmation.

A booking page creates a scheduled call. If your workflow needs an always-open shared support room instead, use a named widget room and describe it as shared.

Are booking links reusable?
Yes. A public booking page and its active meeting types are reusable. Each confirmed booking gets its own meeting details, while the page continues to offer future availability.
Can guests book a paid meeting?
Paid bookings are available on Pro and Team. The host can configure a price for an eligible meeting type; a free host can still offer free scheduling within the current plan limits.
