Start Meeto calls and meetings from Pumble
Install Meeto in a Pumble workspace, connect your Pumble profile to Meeto and launch an audio or video room from a conversation or Home. Pumble carries the command and invitation; Meeto provides the browser meeting.
Pumble starts the workflow; Meeto hosts the room

The call itself is a Meeto room. Pumble does not carry the media stream or replace its native call provider; it provides the conversation context, launch action and invitation card.
Connect a Pumble workspace and profile
- Install the app. Open Meeto integrations, choose Add to Pumble and approve the Pumble consent screen. A workspace may require an administrator to approve the app.
- Open Meeto Home. After OAuth, Pumble opens the Meeto connection flow. Sign in to Meeto and confirm the Pumble profile you are linking. The Home view then shows connection settings and the call action.
- Test the conversation. Use
/meetoor the Home action, choose a conversation where you are still a member, select audio or video, and click the launch button. The browser page asks for the confirmed Pumble click before starting.
If the Pumble account changes during OAuth, Meeto stops the connection instead of linking a different profile. Start the connection again from the same Pumble account.
Start audio or video from a conversation
- Open the Meeto action from a Pumble conversation, Home or
/meeto. - Choose the conversation and select Audio call or Video call. The video choice controls the initial camera intent; people can still change camera state inside Meeto.
- Submit the form and click the generated Meeto launch button. Meeto checks that the conversation is still active and that you are still a member.
- Join the browser room. After you are present, use the group invite action when you need to invite selected connected participants. The flow reports unavailable or unlinked recipients separately.
A reusable Pumble card can be joined by people who can access the conversation. It is not a permanent secret by itself; Meeto still controls room access and the launch authorization.
Schedule a meeting from Pumble

Scheduled meeting creation requires the organizer's Pumble profile to be linked to Meeto. Choose a future time within one year and keep the exact time zone in the form so daylight-saving changes are explicit.
Permissions, posting and limits
Workspace consent
Pumble consent covers the workspace conversations, people and messages needed for Home, shortcuts, dynamic participant selection and call cards. The live consent screen is the source of truth if Pumble changes its scope names.
Where cards can appear
Meeto checks that you still belong to the chosen conversation and that it is not archived. It uses the bot when allowed and can use the connected user's posting permission when the bot cannot post.
Participant invites
Group invites are sent after the caller has joined. A recipient who is no longer in the conversation or has not connected a Meeto identity can be reported as unavailable instead of silently being called.
Media boundary
Audio, video and browser permissions are handled by Meeto. Pumble does not provide an embedded video client for this integration.
When a Pumble action fails
“Connect your Meeto account”
Open Home or the connection settings, finish linking the current Pumble profile, then repeat the action. A workspace install does not automatically select a Meeto account for every person.
The launch button expired
Launch points are intentionally short-lived and bound to the confirmed Pumble click. Return to the conversation and press the call action again instead of reusing an old browser URL.
Meeto cannot post the card
Check that the conversation is not archived, that you remain a member and that either the Meeto bot or the connected user can post messages there. Pumble can also return a temporary provider error; retry from the conversation.
A selected invite is unavailable
The person may have left the conversation, lost authorization or not connected Meeto. Start the room first, then review each recipient result in the invite panel.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Meeto Pumble integration do?
Meeto adds call and meeting actions to Pumble conversations and Home. A user chooses audio or video, confirms the conversation, and opens the Meeto launch page. Meeto then creates the room and posts a joinable card in the conversation when Pumble permissions allow it.
Is the video call embedded inside Pumble?
No. Pumble is the launch and invitation surface; the actual audio and video meeting opens in Meeto's browser meeting experience or the available Meeto client. The integration does not promise an arbitrary video player inside a Pumble message.
Do all Pumble participants need Meeto accounts?
The person starting a call must connect a Pumble profile to a Meeto account. People can join the posted room link as guests in a browser. Direct incoming invitations and selected participant invites require the recipient's Meeto connection where the flow says so.
Can I schedule a recurring Pumble meeting?
Yes. The Schedule a Meeto meeting form accepts a title, local date and time, time zone, duration, audio or video mode, and no repeat, daily or weekly repetition. It validates future times and rejects nonexistent or ambiguous daylight-saving times.
