Put the skill, duration and one preparation prompt in the booking confirmation. A learner should know what to bring before opening the link.

Keep material ready

Open the worksheet, document or examples before the call. Share only the window or page needed for the activity.

Check the learner path

Test the booking or meeting link as a guest. Remind the learner that a current browser is enough and camera access is optional when the lesson allows it.

End with evidence and a small next step

Ask the learner to show the skill. A short explanation, worked example or demonstration tells you more than “does that make sense?”.
Name one strength and one practice point. Keep feedback specific and actionable.
Write the next task. Choose a practice activity that fits the learner's time before the next session.
Record only with informed consent. Cloud recording and AI summaries require a paid host; capture is opt-in and visibly indicated when it starts.

What should an online lesson plan include?

Can a learner join a Meeto lesson without an app?
